4. Complete the training contract and make the initial payment.

5. English training begins!

What topics are covered?

The topics covered are always related to the company's professional activity. The objective is to be able to communicate with customers in all necessary situations: telephone conversation, face-to-face service, information about available products, among others.

What learning method is used?

The classes are very practical, always starting from the simulation of a current professional activity situation, explanations on how the language works and practical exercises. The exercises will be carried out according to the trainee's level, respecting the way each one learns best. The goal is for the training's impact to be immediate!

What is the differentiating element?

Differentiated pedagogy.

This training respects the three fundamental principles of learning:

Are courses certified?

Yes. At the end of the training, successful trainees will receive two certificates:

- Certificate issued by Hautniveau that describes in detail the objectives, the training area, the knowledge and skills acquired, the training experience and the training evaluation.

- Professional Training Certificate issued through the SIGO platform (Information and Management System for Educational and Training Offers) as provided for in Ordinance No. 474/2010, of 8 July.

Trainees who at the end of each level reach a final classification equal to or greater than 10.00 are considered approved.
